So this was a project that I did in my computer graphics class earlier in the year. It's completely made out of shapes and probably took a month to complete since we were only working on it for 40 minutes everyday.
The background was kind of rushed to get the project done in time but I still think it came out pretty nice. The car itself could have probably used some more highlights and shadows.
Other then that, that's pretty much it. Made in Illustrator. I really need to get Illustrator on my computer sometime because it's pretty fun to make things out of shapes.
Enjoy.

Nice looking car for using Illustrator. If your into 3D graphics however, I highly recommend Blender 3D, 3D Studio Max or Cinema 4D. I use Blender and C4D. Max and Maya are now the industry standard though. Blender 3D is totally free if your strapped and just as powerful as some of the pro packages.
Another one I recently discovered is Sketchup. It allows you to make a car within a VERY short time with nothing but shapes. And its VERY easy to use. It has a free version and paid version. The free version can make models that you can export as Collada file and import into something like Blender 3D for example and then finish it. Render it out.. and heck.. even animate it.
