Customization / Wallpaper / Science Fiction

This is what happens when I get bored on a Sunday afternoon. Took about an hour and a half to make and this is my first space pic where I tried to make lights on the dark side of the planet. I think it came out good.

Made in Photoshop CS5 and made the nebula in Apophysis. Also followed a majority of this tutorial: [link] to make the planet since I haven't made planets in a while.

Also i'm sorry for the bad quality. I know that the planet isn't that good quality and some of the stars are a little blurry. Next time i'm going to attempt to make a space scene at 300 resolution and use more detailed textures and stuff.

Hey that's cool! I love apophysis too, I made something with it that I called Bubble Nebula because it was looking like a nebula or a galaxy something like that ^^
This one is really really cool!

Apophysis is a lot of fun to mess around in. I make so many good looking nebulas in it from just playing with different settings.
